We are CYouMedia, a fast-growing tech startup building AI-powered websites for businesses. We just launched in Sri Lanka and are looking for a structured, reliable Operations Manager to handle daily operations so the founder can focus on sales and strategy.
Manage daily operations (team, customers, admin)
Ensure projects are delivered on time and with quality
Handle customer communication (support, follow-ups)
Document processes and improve them
Report to the founder daily/weekly
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable with technology (Google Workspace, Trello/Asana, Excel)
Experience in operations, project management, or similar
Able to lead a small team
Based in Colombo
